|Gilroy Blair accused of trying to burn down neighbor’s home!|

32-year-old Sand hill resident, Gilroy Blair, a resident of Mile 19 on the Northern Highway is out on a $8,000 bail after being accused by his neighbor of trying to burn down her home on Saturday, May 28.
On Tuesday, May 31, Blair appeared in Court #5 before Magistrate Albert Hoare where he was charged with two counts-one count of attempted arson upon the home of Ormencia Pou for setting fire on a stilt of her home and one count of damage to property for causing damages to windows valued at $200 each, property of Carlton Wagner.
In court no plea was taken and Blair was offered bail in the sum of $4,000 plus two sureties of $2,000 each which he met. Blair is due back in court on July 20.
