|Para athletes pick up medals at CODICADER Games|

Belize participated in the III CODICADER Games for students with disabilities that were held in Panama from November 29 to December 4, 2010. The Belizean contingent consisted of ten athletes and six officials. During the games, the contingent captured five medals in the two events. Belize’s medals were divided as follows: Shanice Brown picked up a gold medal in shot put. The silver medalists are Jamaal Cherrington in the 100m, Annalee Cherrington in the shot put, and Romelda Logan in the 100m.
Meanwhile, Annalee Bennett captured a bronze medal in the 100m. The Belizean contingent participated only in athletics and finished sixth in that category. In the overall standing in the medals count, Belize also placed sixth.
