|Annual Olympic Day Run is set for June 19|

The Belize Olympic and Commonwealth Games Association is pleased to announce that the Annual Olympic Day Run is set for June 19, 2011. The run is being held under the auspices of the International Olympic Committee and the Belize Olympic and Commonwealth Games Association, in association with the long standard support of Bowen and Bowen Limited, local bottlers of Coca cola, and under the management of the Belize Amateur Athletic Association.
The race will commence from in front of James Brodie on Regent Street turn left into Albert Street at the Belize Bank down Albert Street into Albert Street West then turn right onto Cemetery Lane at the end of the Cemetery turn left onto Yarborough Road and continue down Regent Street back to James Brodie for the finish.
The first 100 participants registered on the morning of the run will receive a commemorative T-shirt.
