Acting on information, at around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 11, officers went to the foam factory, and searched a van used as the living quarters for the facility’s security guard. They were told that they would find a body of a man who had been electrocuted to death, but instead they found Connor, who had been bludgeoned to death. The officers observed that Connor suffered a wound to the back of the head.  A cement block they believed to have been used by his assailant was found nearby.

What they’ve been able to put together is that he went home to his family on Monday night, March 10, spoke with them, and left saying that he was going to visit his brother on Faber’s Road. While away from his family, he began socializing with 2 other men, and they went into the compound.

Investigators have not been able to find out what happened exactly to cause an altercation between Connor and one of the men, but they believe that it escalated and led to his assailant picking up the cement block and hitting him in the back of the head. They believe at this time that the third person may have witnessed the entire scene, and that person fled the area.

At this time, police are questioning 2 men, but no arrests have been made. Meanwhile, Connor leaves behind 5 children.
