Enrique Pook Jr., 22-years-old, has been set free from his accusations of having sexual intercourse with a minor on three separate occasions dating all the way back to 2014. Porsha Staine-Ferguson, Crown Counsel for the office of the DPP, entered a nolle prosequi after the victim and her mother both informed the court that they did not wish to continue the matter in court.

The first two incidents are said to have occurred in 2014, once in August and another time in October. The third incident occurred in early 2015. The matter went to PI in July 2015 where Pook was committed to stand trial on three counts of unlawful sexual intercourse.

Pook was facing a prison term of 12 years if he was convicted. The matter was disposed of by Judge Adolph Lucas.
