Belize Elementary and Hummingbird Elementary boys and girls lead in primary schools volleyball competition Print E-mail

The Belize City Primary Schools Volleyball competition continues at the Stars Gym in Belize City.

On Tuesday 6th February, in the only game played in the girls’ competition, Belize Elementary School won over St. Joseph School by the score of 25-17 and 25-23.

In the first of two games played in the boys’ competition, Belize Elementary School defeated Bethel Primary School by the score of 25-6 and 25-20.

And in the second game of the day, St. Ignatius School won over Queen Square Anglican School via the default route.

On Monday 5th February, in the girls’ competition game played, Hummingbird Elementary School defeated Holy Redeemer School in two sets by the score of 25-11 and 25-10.

In the first of two boys’ games played, Holy Redeemer School won over Bethel Primary School in two sets by the score of 25-14 and 25-8.

In the second game played, St. Martin De Porres School won over Queen Square School via the default route.

And on Wednesday 31st January, in the first of two games played in the girls’ competition, Holy Redeemer School won over St. Joseph School by the score of 25-19 and 25-19.

In the second game in the girls’ competition, Belize Elementary School defeated Queen Square School in two sets by the score of 25-6 and 25-13.

And in the only game played in the boys’ competition, St. Joseph School defeated Queen Square School by the score of 25-13 and 25-11.

The competition will continue on Thursday 8th February, 2018, with three games in the girls’ competition and two games in the boys’ competition.
