The 2018 Hon. Beverly Williams Belize Rural Central Basketball Tournament continued over the weekend with four games played at the Ladyville Basketball Court.

On Saturday 14th April, in the first game played, DigiNet Assassins won over the Airport T Squad by the score of 82-75.

The top scorers for the DigiNet Assassins were Kadeem Olivera with 25 points and Orland Ferguson with 20 points. For the Airport T Squad the top scorers were Charles Cantun with 32 points and Carlos Alvardo with 14 points.

In the second and final game of the evening, Ladyville Heats won over Street Kings by the score of 72-53.

The top scorers for the Ladyville Heats were Aaron Johnson with 18 points and Patrick Canelo with 16 points. For the Street Kings, the top scorers were Joshua Bradley with 18 points and Derrick Pitts with 10 points.

On Friday 13th April, in the first game of the evening, Hard Rock defeated Lord’s Bank Eagles by the score of 85-70.

The top scorers for the Hard Rock squad were Kevin Hamilton with 27 points and Jason Vasquez with 15 points, While for the Lord’s Bank Eagles, the top scorers were Robert Jefferies with 19 points and Toni Montejo with 16 points.

And in the second game of the evening, B-Wood defeated Gorilla Cutz by the score of 115-110.

The top scorers for B-Wood were Dane Polonio with 20 points and Darwin Zuniga with 19 points. While the top scorers for Gorilla Cutz were Kevin Burns and Sidney Bradley with 21 points.
