A rburglary on April 22, 2018 at Kim’s Shop on Antelope Street saw a 4th form student in court on May 16, 2018. That student of a Belize City High School, Robert Lamb, 18, was arraigned before Chief Magistrate Sharon Fraser where he was read a single count of burglary.

The allegations against Lamb are that on said date, he entered the business and stole $15,500 cash from a gray safe, property of Jiabi Wong. Scenes of Crimes technician said that the burglar gained entry into the establishment by removing three wooden lovers from a window located by a storeroom.

In court, Lamb pleaded not guilty to the charge and because there was no objection to bail, he was granted bail in the sum of $6,000 plus two sureties of $3,000 each which he was able to meet. He is due back in court on July 10, 2018.
