Florence ChoA 50-year-old grandmother of Carmelita Village was offered bail when she appeared in Magistrate’s Court on Monday September 5th to answer to charges of drug trafficking.

On Sunday September 4th 50 year old Florence Cho, a domestic and resident of Carmelita Village was intercepted by prison officers who conducted a search on her as she attempted to enter the prison. That search yielded 350 grams of cannabis. She was arrested and appeared in court with her attorney Leo Bradley on Monday.

She was read a single count to drug trafficking when she appeared in Magistrate’s court number 2. Cho pleaded not guilty to the charge and was offered bail in the sum of 4 thousand dollars plus a surety of the same amount.
