Burglar breaks into business but steals nothing Print E-mail

On Monday October 3rd 25-year-old Williams Joseph Usher appeared in Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Dorothy Flowers where he was read a single charge of burglary. He pleaded not guilty to the charge and bail was offered in the sum of $5,000 plus one surety of the same amount which he met. He is due back in Court #6 on November 24th

Usher is accused of burglarizing the business place of Carlos Barillas namely Carlos Food Shop with intent to steal there from. He was allegedly caught in the act and was unable to steal anything.
