The National Team continues to train in preparation for the upcoming World Cup Qualifier game this Friday, November 11th versus St. Vincent at the FFB Field at 3:30 pm. While Belize can no longer qualify to the other round, the goal is now to come in second in the group and to maintain our world rankings. Team members are focused on achieving this goal.

The Belize attack is led by current top-scorer in the World Cup Qualifiers, Deon McCauley who is tied at eight (8) goals along with Peter Byers of Antigua. Deon McCauley is also the top all-time goal scorer for Belize with twelve (12) goals. He is ably assisted by in-form Harrison “Cafu” Roches who has scored three (3) goals for his club Necaxa in the Honduran League in the last three weeks. Roches is also second on the all-time scorers list for Belize with four (4) goals total, two of which have come in this World Cup Qualifiers campaign.
