PM Dean Barrow and President Porfirio Lobo SosaPrime Minister, Hon. Dean Barrow arrived in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, on Wednesday afternoon accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Kim Simplis-Barrow and a delegation including Minister of Foreign affairs, Hon. Wilfred Elrington and CEO Alexis Rosado; Minister of Tourism, Hon. Manuel Heredia; CEO in the Prime Minister's Office, Audrey Wallace and ambassador Alfredo Martinez.

On his arrival, the Prime Minister told the press that he was happy to be in Honduras to strengthen and broaden friendly relations with Honduras. He also stated that Belize has received and welcomed Honduran nationals in the country.

P.M. Barrow's visit to Honduras will include the signing of agreements in the areas of tourism, health and cooperation. He is also expected to hold discussions with the Honduran President, Porfirio Lobo Sosa in areas of narcotrafficking and security. 

After his visit in Honduras, P.M. Barrow returns to Belize and again leaves for Miami on Friday, November 9th for for meetings with the legal advisors working with the Belizean Team re-negotiating the Super Bond.

On Sunday, November 11th, 2012, the Prime Minister travels to Mexico City to join Presidents of Central America at an official meeting with President Felipe Calderon of Mexico.
Prime Minister Barrow is expected to return to the country on Monday, November 12th, 2012.
