ClintonA dispatcher at the Phillip Goldson International Airport, 20-year-old Clinton Roca appeared in Magistrate's court on Friday, January 25th after being accused of sodomizing a 14-year-old boy on three separate occasions.

Roca appeared before Magistrate Dale Cayetano where he was charged with three counts of  committing an unnatural crime. No plea could be taken from Roca since the matters are indictable. In court, prosecutor Corporal Noel Muschamp argued against bail citing the serious nature of the offences and asked that the interest of the young boy be taken into consideration since Roca could interfere with him. Countering the arguments was Roca's attorney Lionel Welch, who stated that there is no indication that his client has tried to interfere with the victim and that if the court thinks that that is possible that conditions be set for his bail. After reviewing the submissions, Magistrate Cayetano offered Roca bail in the sum of $5,000 under the condition that he must stay away from the virtual complainant. Roca’s next court date is set for March 26th, 2013.

According to the boy, he was first assault sometime in January 2012, and on two occassions in February  2012.

According to the 14-year-old boy, on the first occasion, Roca threatened to kill him and his entire family if he told them what had happened.
