Geovanni BrackettGeovanni Brackett’s brain must have been an egg batter as he held his umpteenth press conference on Tuesday, June 4th. He was not burning any OAS flags or was he claiming on anti-Guatemala rhetoric; he did not threaten to light himself on fire or did he pretend to be a legal expert. This time around, he chose to be the clarion against the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital in the deaths of 7 Neonates as a result of a bacterial infection.

But even as the extremist belted the KHMH, there were those who wondered what exactly is the agenda of COLA. Observers looking at the organization and the various causes it has picked up and let go are left but to wonder that the guiding principles of COLA are merely to look at newscasts, determine what the headlines that are worthy to harp on, and proceed in doing so. That is the agenda of COLA. And like the name suggests, really, the organization is a tail; it has no head; is void of leadership; and is composed of people who serve the purpose of a tail, that is, to call attention. In dogs for example, the tail is used to show emotions. In the peacock, it is used to call attention.

We dare say that the tail we are dealing with here is a combination of both a dog’s tail and that of a peacock. The fiery statements by Brackett convey powerful emotions but little else and then the calling of press conferences at the drop of a pin is because they are seeking attention. We’ll leave it at that for now.
