Minister John Saldivar along with Student and Teachers of United Evergreen Primary School

On June 17th, more than thirty students of United Evergreen Primary School in Belmopan, along with their teachers, were welcomed into the halls of the Ministry of National Security at the Curl Thompson Building, where they were given a full tour and lectures on the operations of the various branches of the Ministry.

The tour was conducted by Minister Saldivar himself, along with members of the staff at the Ministry of National Security. It was very interactive, as the students asked many questions about the operations of the security forces and expressed interest in becoming law enforcers after completing their basic schooling.

At the end of the tour, Hon. Saldivar thanked the students and their teachers for coming, and as a show of appreciation, personally presented each of them with an autographed poster of himself as Minister of National Security and Area Representative; after which they were served refreshments.

The students are from the Standard II Class at United Evergreen Primary School, who have just completed a lesson on the Government and how and it works.
