The Belize City Primary Schools Softball Competition continues at Rogers Stadium with a number of games.

On Tuesday March 11, in the girls’ game played, Central Christian School continued on its winning path when it defeated Trinity Methodist School by the score of 16-0. The winning pitcher was Hannah Usher and the losing pitcher was Devina Periera.

In the boys competition game played, Unity Presbyterian edged Wesley Upper in a hotly contested game by the score of 7-6. The winning pitcher was Shemmar Bowen and the losing pitcher was Andy Alford.

The competition then continued on Wednesday March 5, with two more games. In the girls’ competition, Muslim Community School defeated Holy Redeemer School by the score of 14-1. The winning pitcher was Essenie Vernon and the losing pitcher was Tyra Belisle.

In the boys’ competition, Holy Redeemer School defeated Unity Presbyterian by the score of 10-0. The winning pitcher was Samuel Echavarria and the losing pitcher was shemmar Bowen.
